It’s been a hot second since I’ve updated the blog. Life got a tad crazy. Between my sister’s wedding, and raising Willow- I feel like a chicken without a head. It’s hard to believe that the Nordstrom Sale is right around the corner. I figured I’d share a little detailed post sharing information on the sale and how to shop. I save for this sale every single year and buy a few staple pieces I know that I will wear. Here are two posts from last year’s sale to get an idea of some things I bought as well as what the sale is about. Preview for this sale will begin July 6th!

WHY SHOULD I SHOP THE NSSALE?

EVERY YEAR THE Nordstrom Sale HAS A FEW STAPLE PIECES I STOCK UP ON FOR THE FALL AND WINTER. I WOULD LOVE TO FIND A NICE WINTER JACKET THIS YEAR FOR THE SALE. I DO A HUGE CLOSET CLEAN OUT AND SAVE FOR THIS EVENT EVERY YEAR. I LOVE TO INVEST IN PIECES I KNOW I WILL WEAR AND HAVE FOR A WHILE. THE NSSALE IS BASICALLY LIKE CHRISTMAS IN JULY.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE SALE

Mark your calendars and set those alarms! The sale will begin July 28th at 3pm EST for the public.

Get rid of your old clothes that are just sitting around your closet. I tend to sell and clean out my closet before the NSSALE every year. List your items on Poshmark or sell them on IG stories.

Make a wishlist on your Nordstrom account. Browse the anniversary sale preview and make note of your favorite items. A lot of popular items tend to go really quickly; so have those carts ready.
